Providing simple pricing options for every budget

Though approval of vendors is necessary prior to your event, we do not require you to choose from a preferred list.  This allows you to have more flexibility to bring in your favorite and budget friendly vendors. The exception to this is Bar Service.  A Bartender is required when alcohol is served and couples are required to choose from a bartender on our list.  The list will be provided after booking has been completed.

Vendors that are required to show proof of insurance are Caterer, DJ, Videographer (if using a drone).  

A "Vendors We Love" list will be available to you after booking.

Outside Vendors

We’ve designed our venue packages with today’s couples in mind, ensuring your experience is unforgettable, stress-free, and tailored to your vision. Here’s what’s included:

Two Days for Your Dream Celebration

  • Day 1: The ultimate prep day for decorating, your rehearsal, and a rehearsal dinner. Venue access from 3-9 PM.
  • Day 2: Your wedding day for getting ready, the ceremony, and the celebration! Venue access from 9 AM-11 PM.
  • One day rental option is available, just let us know on your tour.

Exclusive Access to a Stunning Venue
  • Full use of the Big Barn, Smaller Barn (Bride’s Room), covered patio area, 21' Grain Bin Gazebo, and nearly 7 acres of picturesque fields.
  • Multiple ceremony locations to match your style, whether indoors, outdoors, or a mix of both.

  • Dedicated Team Members onsite throughout your event to handle behind-the-scenes details and greet your vendors.
  • Security from cocktail hour until 11 PM on your wedding day for peace of mind.

What's Included

22 Acres Farm requires a $1millon event insurance policy with the venue listed as a certificate holder to be returned with your contract.  The price ranges from $75 - $175 depending on how this is purchased.

Our Pricing

As one of the most popular venues in the Columbus, Ohio area, we offer a wide range of options that can easily fit your dreams and your budget.

We have no minimums on food, beverages, or guest count, and offer a wide range of décor in our "Something Borrowed Room" that is free to use at your event.

What You'll be responsible for

Vendor Arrangements
You’ll select and coordinate with the vendors who best match your style and vision. This includes:
  • Catering: Choose a caterer that suits your taste and budget. They’ll have access to our caterer’s preparation area, equipped with a commercial fridge, counter space, and sink.
  • DJ or Band: Set the mood with your favorite entertainment.
  • Photographer/Videographer: Capture every moment of your special day.
  • Sweets or Cake: Bring the perfect dessert to complete your celebration.
  • Linens: We partner with Taylor Linen Company for the majority of our weddings, ensuring beautiful, high-quality options. However, you’re welcome to bring your own linens if you prefer!

Alcohol & Beverage Service
Bring your own alcohol for bar service, but please note that you must select from our list of approved bar services to ensure a smooth and professional experience. Our dedicated bar area, complete with ice, is ready for your bartending team to serve drinks to your guests.

Personal Touches
To make the day uniquely yours, you’ll need to bring:
  • Personal Items: Special mementos, favors, or signage that reflect your love story.
  • Décor: While we offer a variety of items in our Something Borrowed Room, you may want to bring additional decorations that complement your theme and personalize the space.

The Experience Begins Before Your Wedding Day

We offer private tours, so couples have the opportunity to see the venue and ask questions before starting the booking process. For couples who have booked the venue, we offer monthly open houses to answer questions throughout the planning process.

Booked couples can bring their photographer to a Venue Visit and take their engagement photos on the farm at no extra charge.

You won't run into any surprises with our pricing. We're upfront about everything, and your cost won't change after you book your big day unless specified in your contract.

Our packages begin at $300/hour for short-term, and $4350 for a full day. 

WHAT IS THE RENTAL FEE?

We welcome up to 200 of your guests!

WHAT IS THE CAPACITY LIMIT OF THE VENUE?

We don’t have any set visiting hours. All tours, including Open Houses, are done on a reservation basis. You can learn more information about how to request a tour here.

DO I NEED TO SCHEDULE A TOUR, OR CAN I STOP BY?

No! Many other venues have a minimum because they make a 10-15% commission from the caterer based on how much is spent on food and drinks. At 22 Acres Farm, we don’t believe in making commissions because we want our food and beverage options to be controlled by our couples. Allowing our guests more freedom allows for more options to fit any budget!

ARE THERE ANY MINIMUMS FOR FOOD, DRINK, GUESTS?

Though we have a “Vendors We Love” list, we don’t necessarily require you to use them. It’s easier if you do but not required. At 22 Acres Farm, we believe in allowing our couples the freedom to bring in the vendors of their choice. That being said, please review our list of vendor requirements for our weddings at 22 Acres Farm. Our booked couples receive a Resource Guide full of wedding planning recommendations in addition to our Preferred Vendors information.

DO WE HAVE TO UTILIZE YOUR PREFERRED VENDORS?

Of course! There are several national brand hotels with rates less than $100 per night within a couple of miles from our venue. Our address is 5455 Davis Drive SE, Newark, OH 43056 to assist with your search.

ARE THERE OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS NEARBY?

We can accommodate 100+ cars in our parking lot.

HOW MANY CARS WILL YOUR PARKING LOT HOLD?

With all of our events, we always ensure that there is a rain plan or “Plan B.” Because we have outdoor and indoor ceremony and reception spaces, we have carefully selected our guest capacity to accommodate all weather and have a set plan should unexpected weather arise. This saves us from last-minute flipping and ensures a smooth transition making decisions to bring ceremonies inside (or not) much less stressful.

WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF INCLEMENT WEATHER?

We love the spirit! Unfortunately, fireworks, sparklers, or any type of open flames are not permitted under any circumstances.

ARE FIREWORKS OR SPARKLERS PERMITTED?

We currently do not keep a cancellation waiting list because of the unpredictability of our cancellations. As soon as a date becomes available, we will make sure to post it on our Available Dates page.
