Bailey and Nash’s love story is one of those, filled with perfect timing, honest conversations, sunset moments, and a proposal that proves even unexpected twists can lead to something beautiful. We’re honored that Bailey and Nash chose 22 Acres Farm as the place where their forever begins.
How Bailey and Nash Met
Bailey and Nash’s story began in September 2019 at Roosters, where Bailey was working as a hostess. Nash walked in with friends after a soccer game, and in that simple moment, he caught Bailey’s eye in a way she didn’t expect.
After one of Nash’s friends left his phone number behind, Bailey contacted him and with one honest message, Bailey admitted that she thought his friend, Nash, was cute! A small spark between Bailey and Nash quickly turned into something real. The turning point came on October 12th when Nash stopped in to see Bailey at work, and from that day forward, they haven’t gone a single day without talking.
Nash’s Thanksgiving Proposal to Bailey
Nash proposed to Bailey the day before their four-year anniversary which happened to be Thanksgiving Day. His original plan was romantic. Nash planned to propose in a field while Bailey and Nash were letting their dog out. But their dog had other ideas and ended up running through freshly harvested corn stalks, puncturing his tongue and bleeding. Naturally, the proposal plan changed. Later that day, while getting ready to head to Bailey’s grandma’s house, Bailey waited in the car while Nash finished getting ready. Then Nash sent a simple text:
“Hey, can you come in here?”
Bailey walked inside and didn’t see him at first. When she stepped into the dining room, there was Nash, down on one knee. Bailey was shocked, emotional, and completely caught off guard. The answer was an easy-and-joyful YES!
