Hourly Packages

Pricing when you don't need the full day or all the space

Vendor requirements:

For all hourly rentals:
  • Sunday rentals are not available
  • The next year's hourly rental dates are opened up after we receive the 20th wedding booking or at the beginning of the year of the event - whichever comes first.  For example, we won't book 2025 hourly rentals in 2024 unless we have 20 weddings in the books for 2025 OR it's January 2025.
  • Day of event insurance is required for all rentals
  • Maximum rental is 6 hours for all rentals including set up & clean up. (minimum rental is stated in each package)
  • Set up & clean up is the responsibility of the renter. 
  • Clean up list will be provided.
  • Bartender is required if alcohol is present and the bar service must be from our preferred vendor list. 
  • Security is required if alcohol is served for 2 hours or more.  This is a you pay & venue arranges. Additional cost is $50 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours.
  • Caterer is needed if there is anything more involved than fruit/veggie trays, finger foods, or foods that are brought in ready to eat (pizza delivery, cupcakes, etc.). We do not allow cooking or sterno burners (chafing dishes) in or around the barn without a caterer (licensed & insured). Food trucks and any licenses & insured caterer is fine.
  • DJ: Insurance is required.
  • Videographer: If a drone is used, insurance is required.
Includes:
  • Outdoor space only: Grain bin gazebo, covered patio, barnyard, & flower fields
  • Max 50 people or open house style event.
  • Seating for 50 (one location)
  • Tables: 9 6' rectangles
  • Access to 2 restrooms
  • One team member onsite
  • Minimum of 2 hours including set up and clean up.

Does not include:
  • Big Barn (inside)
  • Dressing rooms
  • Something Borrowed decor

$150 per hour

$300 per hour

$425 per hour

Includes:
  • The entire venue and outside grounds including flower fields
  • Up to 100 guests
  • Seating for 100 (2 locations)
  • Tables 4 6' rectangle, 10 60" rounds
  • 4 restrooms
  • One team member onsite
  • Minimum of 4 hours including set up and clean up.

Does not include:
  • Dressing Rooms
  • Something Borrowed decor
Includes:
  • The entire Venue and outside grounds including flower fields
  • Up to 200 guests
  • Seating for 200 for 2 locations.
  • Tables 4 6' rectangle, 20 60" rounds
  • 4 restrooms
  • Two team members onsite
  • Minimum of 4 hours including set up and clean up.

Does not include:
  • Dressing Rooms
  • Something Borrowed decor
