The Adventure and Love Story of Sophia + Logan

At 22 Acres Farm, we take immense joy in being part of the most beautiful love stories, like The Adventure and Love Story of Sophia & Logan. We are constantly inspired by the couples who visit us, and their journeys of romance and discovery. Naturally, we were thrilled to welcome our nephew and his stunning bride last month, sharing in their love and excitement as they began their own adventure together. It’s moments like these that make our venue so special.

First Dates, Love and Adventure

Sophia and Logan met and started talking shortly before her friends made a discovery—Sophia had never experienced prom! Shocked by this revelation, her friends decided they needed to dress up and do something fun.

This group of friends rented out an entire movie theater, and all the girls found dates. Sophia reached out to Logan, who was happy to join in on the fun. The group got together and took photos, wrapping up the evening by watching the romantic comedy, La La Land.

The two quickly hit it off, and it wasn’t long before they were going on adventures together: a week in Costa Rica with good friends, hiking to waterfalls, and more, all while nurturing a romance together.

Although Logan kept telling Sophia,

“I didn’t get a ring, so don’t get your hopes up,”

He was actually just waiting for the perfect moment to pop the question. Incredibly happy and deeply in love—when he finally got down on one knee, Sophia instantly said, “Yes!”

A Gathering of Love

22 Acres Farm began with a vision and a dream. We personally love filling our own space with friends and family, warmth and romance—and we wanted to create a gathering space that would help make that an option for others, too.

It was truly special to have some of our own loved ones join in celebrating Sophia & Logan’s union as husband and wife. With family and friends spread across the globe, they chose to celebrate this momentous occasion with events in Utah, Pennsylvania, and a private reception here at 22 Acres Farm. The couple turned our barn into the perfect backdrop for their romantic wedding, marking the start of their life filled with love and adventure, offering a beautiful, private space and stunning countryside views.

To keep expenses down, Sophia and Craig utilized décor from our Something Borrowed Room, a free offering for anyone booking an event with us. We understand the stresses and expense that come with planning a wedding, so we keep try to keep things as simple as possible for our couples who celebrate with us.

It was an absolute joy to host this wonderful couple and their loved ones, particularly as it also included some of our own dear friends and family. From everyone here at 22 Acres Farm, we wish you both an eternity of love and adventure, as you continue embracing the passion and exploration that life together brings. May your journey be filled with endless romance and thrilling discoveries, creating memories that last a lifetime.
